  • Once the design is finalized and production starts, changes may not be possible

💰 Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹)
  • Full or partial payment must be made before order processing
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped as per our Shipping Policy
  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to external factors
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners

🔁 Returns & Refunds

  • Customized products are generally non-returnable
  • Refunds and returns are handled as per our Refund Policy
  • In approved cases, only 75% of the amount will be refunded, with 25% deducted as customization charges
