🔁 Refund & Return Policy
At Pradeep Letter World, every product is custom-made specially for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy.
❌ Returns on Customized Products
- All our name plates are customized/personalized, so returns are generally not accepted.
- Once the order is confirmed and production has started, it cannot be canceled.
⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Product
We do accept returns/replacements in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Wrong product delivered
👉 In such cases:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the issue
After verification, we will offer:
- Replacement, or
- Partial refund
💰 Refund Policy (Important)
In case a return is approved:
- Only 75% of the product amount will be refunded
- The remaining 25% is deducted as design, customization, and processing charges
🚚 Return Conditions
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Must be returned with original packaging
- Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer (if applicable)
⏳ Refund Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval
- Amount will be credited to your original payment method
